In this study, phytoplanktons collected monthly at Paroho from January till April in 1968 and from May till August in 1973. The Diatom samples were identified and claasified by Engler´s Classification System. It resulted in 1 phyla, 1 class, 2 subclasses, 5 orders, 8 families, 18 genera, 41 species, 11 varieties and 2 forma. Of them, 8 species, 6 varieties and 2 formas are new to Korea.
